Lettings Negotiator
Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £25,000 + 7.5k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Full Time, Monday - Friday, Weekend Availability
A leading property management company is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct accompanied viewings with potential tenants, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle phone and email inquiries, registering and scheduling appointments for suitable properties.
- Follow up on inquiries, maintain an active tenant database, and update landlord marketing materials.
- Process payments, including deposits and first month’s rent, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Negotiate offers under the guidance of the Lettings Manager, keeping all parties informed.
- Apply for tenant references and facilitate the progression of lettings to completion.
- Generate targeted viewings and lets weekly, promoting company services to attract new business.
- Conduct market appraisals and nurture landlord relationships to encourage service retention.
- Engage in leaflet dropping, prospecting, and canvassing to expand clientele.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, demonstrating meticulous organisation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent or in a similar role.
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Results-driven, motivated by financial incentives.
- Well-presented, punctual, and reliable.
- Possession of a valid driving licence is mandatory.
