Lettings Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator to join a well-established estate agency offering excellent benefits plus car allowance. This role offers salary of £26,000 plus £20 per file progressed and benefits.

As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for handling rental applications, drafting & issuing tenancy agreements and arranging property viewings for prospective tenants.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working in a similar role such as Lettings Administrator, Property Administrator, Lettings Coordinator or Property Coordinator.
• Estate agency or lettings experience.
• Experience with email communication, a keen eye for detai.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills.
