Salary: £25500 pro rata as to number of days
 

The Company

Our well-established client is looking to appoint x2 part time or a full-time Legal Secretary to join their team. Our client is one of the leading Law Firms and aims to deliver high and exacting standards to their clients.
 

The Role

You will be a proficient audio typiest and be able to complete an array of secretary tasks, you will join a friendly team and support fee earners in the Conveyancing department.
 

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the fee earners in the department

• Assisting with enquiries

• Providing clients with excellent service

• Producing correspondence

• Typing dictations

• Helping the Residential Conveyancing department on admin where required (training will be provided)
 

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Must be proficient in audio typing

• Ability to pick new things up quickly

• Must enjoy working in a fast paced and busy team

• Organised and able to think laterally

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Tenacious and willing to learn

• Adaptable and be respectful of the client’s needs and priorities
