The Role:
As a Legal Secretary, you'll be supporting fee earners and ensuring seamless operations within the family law department. Your responsibilities will include reception duties, accurate notetaking, and proactive admin support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise document review and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Act as the first point of contact, displaying professionalism and courtesy in reception duties.
- Manage calls efficiently, directing them appropriately and confidently.
- Work independently, showing initiative and self-reliance in a busy environment.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Legal secretary, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, Legal Clerk or in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal secretarial role.
- Familiarity with family law practices (advantageous)
- Demonstrate excellent audio-typing and communication skills
