Lead Product Manager, Remote (B2B/Customer Impact) – UK/Remote
£90k basic + bonus + stock option
My client, a digital start-up AI Software Builder is looking for a Lead Product Manager (remote working) who will be responsible for determining the strategy for how they grow and adapt to different customer groups and how they can deliver the best experiences for their low-tech customers
The start-up specialises in building, maintaining and running bespoke software for their customers, making it faster, more accessible and less expensive for everyone to bring their ideas to life.
Last year they secured $29.5m of funding to scale our growth in Europe. They already have three offices in LA, Delhi, and London and recently hit 250 employees globally. A key focus for them this year is to significantly grow their London operation.
About the role
Our client has ambitious goals to technologically enable a million small businesses around the world and are looking for an experienced and customer focused product manager to own the challenge of building and growing our Studio Store business. The successful candidate will champion customer and business outcomes when making product decisions, and ensure the team is empowered to best meet the needs of micro-SME's around the world.
The ideal Head of Product will be an expert in building products that deliver a fantastic end to end experience that customers love and a brilliant communicator and collaborator. You will be used to working closely with stakeholders in various disciplines and teams (Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success).

You’re excited about the challenge of owning a multi-product line, the end to end customer journey, and the ability to deliver a fantastic user experience to different users in different parts of the world
You've worked on customer journeys like self serve, free to paid conversion, onboarding and activation
Define and execute the product roadmap for the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention
Understand and own separate product roadmaps for each customer group (eCommerce, restaurants, etc)
Build use cases and feature descriptions, and work closely with the engineering team to execute on product releases
Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills across the entire organization.
Work closely with the various stakeholders (VP of Studio Store, product marketer and regional GMs) to constantly prioritise the scope of work that will genuinely solve user problems and meet business outcomes
Work autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently
Set key metrics, track and monitoring your features’ performance and functionality after launch to iterate and improve on them.
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
As product and business unit scales in the next 9-12 months, there will be opportunities to hire, mentor, coach junior PMs.
