Junior Management Accountant (Accountancy Practice)
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 2 Days from Home
Our client, a well-established accountancy firm with an outstanding reputation, is actively looking for highly skilled and motivated individuals to become integral members of their Accounts and Audit team.
Duties:
- Produce management and year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Effectively communicate and resolve client queries.
- Ensure timely completion of assignments within budget and deadlines.
- Collaborate on Corporation Tax computations with the tax department.
- Utilise double-entry bookkeeping techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' practice experience in small to medium-sized firms.
- ACCA or ACA part-qualified or equivalent through experience.
- Proficient in financial statement preparation for diverse entities.
- Knowledge of tax compliance issues.
- Experience in audit, cashflow forecasting, and business plans (advantageous)
- Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
