My client, a digital start-up AI Software Builder that specialises in building, maintaining and running bespoke software for their customers, making it faster, more accessible and less expensive for everyone to bring their ideas to life.
They are very keen to hire a Sales Solutions Engineer, who will have experience working closely with Marketing / Growth and Product teams in deploying internal and customer facing systems, and be able to connect, integrate, and code your way out of any problem. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, this person will be the sole technical person in the team.
Last year they secured $29.5m of funding to scale our growth in Europe. They already have three offices in LA, Delhi, and London and recently hit 250 employees globally. A key focus for them this year is to significantly grow their London operation.
Sales Solutions Engineer will implement and optimise their Growth Tech Stack:
Integrate all our tools harmoniously (via direct integrations, plugins, custom end points...)
Own tracking implementation - deploy, optimise third party and first party tracking (via Google Tag Manager, CMS and server implementations)
Own the technical implementation of our (webflow) marketing websites
Improve site performance and web vitals
Be the sole technical owner for growth, able to collaborate with product, sales and engineering teams
2-3+ years' experience Tech Start up / Scale up preferred but not essential.
Ad-tech/Martech experience - including Customer Data Platforms
Salesforce experience a big plus
Analytics & tracking tools integration skills including Ga, Google Tag Manager (Segment is a plus)
Awareness of Front End dev skills including CSS, HTML, JS, etc...
Awareness of Back end integration and data connection (API, S3, etc…)
