An outstanding opportunity has arisen for Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in leading procurement and cost management to join a well-established consultancy practice, offering comprehensive cost and project management services to the construction industry's public and private sectors.

In this role, you will lead professional quantity surveying and construction cost consultancy services.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing contract documents, including bills of quantities and other tender documentation.
• Act as 'Project QS' on public and private sector projects.
• Monitoring the project's advancement to ensure it stays within budget and on schedule.
• Maintain strong team and client relationships.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
• Experience in leading procurement and cost management for both public and private sector projects.
• Strong Quantity Surveying background in consultancy over contractor setting.
• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
• Registered or eligible for registration under the Building Control Act 2007.
• Exposure to medium or large QS practices with a focus on Quality Assurance processes and team management.
• Skilled in Buildsoft Cubit, Cost X, or similar software.
• Valid driving licence.
