The Role and Responsibilities:
Due to the continued growth of the Building Services discipline, our client is looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join their team based in Eltham, Southeast London.
- The successful candidate should have a progressive outlook to help drive the delivery of their mechanical services within the well-established Building Services and Environmental Team in their London Office.
- Collaborating with their architectural, building and quantity surveying groups to deliver projects throughout their life cycle in conjunction.
Current Projects include Education Sector – Extensions and Refurbishment of Primary & Secondary School, Commercial Sector – Office Fitouts, Industrial Buildings, Vehicle Workshops etc, Residential Sector – New Build Residential Developments, Blue Light Sector.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- The successful candidate should be degree qualified, with 2 to 4 years post graduate experience in a Consultant Environment,
- Looking to expand their experience and knowledge to the next level with a view to becoming a Chartered Engineer, or a recently Chartered engineer looking for their next role
