Our client is a prominent insurance firm with a focus on exceptional customer service and tailored insurance solutions. They are looking for an Insurance Advisor to join their team and guide clients towards suitable insurance solutions, building relationships, and fostering insurer connections.

Responsibilities:

• Swiftly and effectively respond to client insurance requests.
• Arrange insurance coverage per client agreements.
• Cultivate positive client relationships, highlighting improved coverage options.
• Elevate insurer relations through professionalism.
• Adhere to procedures to safeguard clients, the firm, and insurers.
• Ensure timely communication of all necessary information to clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as an Insurance Advisor or in a similar role
• Proficient in the end-to-end insurance process.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory standards.
• Up-to-date market and industry knowledge.
• Maintain branch organisation and efficiency.
