An opportunity has arisen for an Independent Financial Adviser to join is a respected and long-established financial services firm based in Cambridgeshire, offering bespoke wealth management and planning services to a wide range of clients.

As a Financial Adviser, you will be delivering tailored financial advice and developing lasting client relationships. This full-time role offers starting salary of £45,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of clients through referrals, networking, and introducers.
  • Conducting comprehensive reviews, gathering and analysing financial information to make appropriate recommendations.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant records in line with internal procedures and industry standards.
  • Completing the required number of annual CPD hours, including structured learning, to maintain professional development
  • Supporting and upholding positive consumer outcomes in line with the principles of Consumer Duty.
  • Working closely with a professional support team of paraplanners and administrators to ensure efficient delivery of service.
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory, product, and industry changes, ensuring compliance at all times.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Independent Financial Adviser, Financial Adviser, Financial Planner, Financial Consultant, IFA, Financial Planning Consultant, Financial Services Consultant, Investment Adviser, Independent Financial Advisor, Financial Advisor, Investment Advisor or in a similar role.
  • Level 4 or equivalent Diploma in Financial Planning.
  • Understanding of FCA compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and effective time management.
