CII Qualified - £22,500 + attractive performance based bonus (up to £900 per month)
Apprentice - £17,500 in first year increasing to £21,500 following the first year
This Household Insurance Advisor role offers the opportunity to work for an award-winning insurance broker which is experiencing rapid growth. Our client offers a rewarding opportunity within a supportive team of experienced sales mentors. They offer a rewarding commission based on performance.
As part of your role as Household Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-quality customer service.
Household Insurance Advisor responsibilities include:
- Being a first point of contact for clients;
- Providing professional and compliant support;
- Handling new business and renewal transactions in an efficient way;
- Preparing and distributing of accurate documentation to customers;
- To understand the different home insurance products
- Providing excellent customer service.

Working hours:
Week 1: Monday: 8.30am to 5.30pm. Tuesday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Week 2: Monday: 9:30am to 6.30pm Tuesday to Friday: 10am to 6.30pm
Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm
