HGV Technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HGV Technician with LCV experience to join our client, a foremost provider of vehicle maintenance. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and salary £17+ per hour.

As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and servicing of HGVs, LGVs, and trailers.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, Trailer Technician, HGV Fitter or in a similar role.
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in HGV Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with current industry practices, including MOT preparation and diagnostics for trailers and vehicles.
• Strong understanding of LCV maintenance and repair procedures.
• Ideally have experience with DAF vehicles.
• HGV Class 1 licence or IRTEC would be preferred.
