An opportunity has arisen for an HGV Commercial Vehicle / Plant Mechanic with5 years of experiencein an award-winning Waste Management Company. In this role you will maintain and repair Roadsweepers and Tankers to meet company and legal standards.

Our client excels in offering tanker hire services, alongside efficient and responsible waste collection solutions.

You will be responsible for:

• Conduct repair, inspections, servicing, and MOT preparation.
• Prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently.
• Work both independently and within a team.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a HGV Mechanic or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in the HGV or PSV sector.
• Level 2 NVQ, C&G, or equivalent in a vehicle-related discipline.
• Electrical diagnostics experience would be beneficial.
• HGV Class 1 / 2 driving licence and IRTEC would be preferred.
• Comprehensive tool kit.
• Right to work in the UK.
