Salary: Up to £55K DOE with share of tips
Our client is a luxury hotel based in a Scotland with outstanding beauty and the finest luxury experience are looking for a Head Chef to join their friendly team. They provide a high class service with amazing food and rooms located amongst the glens, lochs and mountains of the West Highlands.
The hotel are requiring a Head Chef planning, organising and communicating within all kitchen departments.
You will need to build a motivated team of service staff by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
You need to be an inspirational leader, motivating and developing the team at all times. You need to be hands on and present during the busy service periods.
The kitchen needs to be fully prepared, stocked and set for service and making sure the menus and specials are available.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
This hotel requires you to be a professional and inspirational leader and able to be responsible for recruitment, training and self development.
You need to have experience in the fine dining 3AA rosette and luxury 5 star accommodation. You must have experience in a similar role.
