Gardener / Horticulture Assistant
Location: Prestwood, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £25,500 per year + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full - Time, Permanent (40 hours)

The Role:
As a Gardener, you will play a pivotal role in various maintenance projects, creating and executing innovative planting designs and maintaining exterior planting schemes.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Gardener, Horticulture Assistant or in a similar role.
- At least of 2 years' practical amenity horticulture experience.
- Experience in commercial gardening.
- A strong passion for horticulture and extensive plant knowledge.
- Valid UK driver's license.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and install new planting schemes.
- Collaborate with clients, adhering to project briefs.
- Identifying issues through plant health assessments.
- Offering clients actionable recommendations for resolution.
- Perform general maintenance tasks for exterior planting schemes.
