The Role

As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you will become an integral part of a vibrant team devoted to managing their active fire division, ensuring the upkeep of fire systems, and bolstering the company's standing for unparalleled service excellence.

Duties:

• Maintain fire systems in line with current standards and customer specifications.
• Respond promptly to demand service calls on fire systems, ensuring compliance with standards and meeting customer expectations.
• Plan and execute routine and demand call visits within the designated area.
• Effectively communicate with customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Work independently, demonstrating initiative in all tasks.
• Efficiently manage and secure personal equipment stock.
• Stay updated on market trends, BS standards, legislative changes, and competitor activities.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven background as a Fire Alarm Engineer, Fire Engineer, or in a comparable role.
• Technical proficiency in the electrical/electronic industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Fire Systems.
• Robust organizational skills.
• Consistent dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
