An opportunity has arisen for Financial Administrator to joina reputable Chartered Financial Advisers firm. The ideal candidiate wil have experience working in Independent Financial Adviser practice.
In this role, you will manage client accounts by handling activities such as switches, rebalances, and withdrawals.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing new business for investments, pensions, mortgages, and life products.
- Handling enquiries regarding policies and client accounts.
- Providing administrative support, including call handling, mail management, and client reception duties.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Financial Administratoror in a similar role.
- Experience with platforms such as Abrdn, Aviva, and Aegon.
- Background working in an Independent Financial Adviser practice.
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
