Our client are a highly successful IT Data management company that is taking actions to solve industry problems, through the power of 3D technology combined with practical engineering knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accountancy as well as general Administration in the operative day to day business.
This is an excellent opportunity to join their office Management team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the work from managing the accounts as well as the daily admin tasks.
Supporting with Preparation of budgets and financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns and reports for Government regulatory agencies.
To contribute to the achievement of the company objective by providing advice and guidance to the executive team.
Support with the implementation of all accounting procedures and systems used by the Company.
In conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer, assess the short and long term financial trends and review prospects for future growth of income and new product areas.
Preparing and circulating reports covering all issues within the scope of responsibility in advance of management meetings.
Prepare reports as required for the Chief Executive Officer.
To provide day-to-day support for the operational team in undertaking their responsibilities.
Monitoring business performance and cash flow.
Overseeing the budgets and reporting on key variances.
Work closely with operational divisions to ensure effective assessment of potential and on-going jobs.
Review and report to Chief Executive Officer on on-going project costs and performance of divisions.
Managing Aged Creditors & Aged Debtors.
Support with HR administration.
Competent Statutory Administration and Reporting.
Ideally the candidate would have at least 10 years management abilities with accounting skills, matched by analytical thinking capabilities strong enough to inform on investment and management actions and decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Methodical thinking and strong organisational skills
Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel
Analytical skills and high affinity and good understanding for numbers
Secure communication with internal and external partners
Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
