Field Sales Account Manager (Warranty Solutions)
Location: Newport, Wales
Salary: £25k - £30k, OTE £50k (Uncapped Commission)
Job Type: Full - Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday
Our client is a well-established automotive firm, delivering exceptional warranty support to motor dealers and exceptional coverage to the public.
As an Account Manager, you will be providing excellent customer service to existing motor dealer accounts and actively acquiring new business from target dealer accounts.
- Conduct in-depth research to maintain a comprehensive understanding of your territory and its opportunities.
- Innovatively pursue new business from target accounts, employing a consultative sales approach.
- Address client queries and collaborate with management when necessary.
- Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and overcome objections to secure business from target dealer accounts.
- Proactively plan for growth, meeting monthly new business KPIs.
- Regularly analyse reporting systems to identify focus areas in your territory.
- Efficiently manage your diary to optimise your role effectiveness.
- Previously worked as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Ideally possess sales experience in a dealership or field-based environment.
- Customer service and cold-calling skills.
- Valid driving licence.
