Family Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor / Legal Executive with5 years of PQE to join a well-established law firm. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary.

As a FamilySolicitor / Legal Executive, you will supervise and support secretaries, trainees, paralegals, and other team members as required.

You will be responsible for:

• Achieve fee-earning targets and manage debtors effectively, including securing funds on account.
• Build and nurture networks with referrers, business partners, and clients to secure new and repeat work.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to implement marketing strategies and participate in firm promotion via social media and articles.
• Ensure continuous professional development and compliance training is completed.
• Represent the firm at networking events to enhance business development opportunities.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Family Solicitor, Family Lawyer, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
• At least 5 years of PQE.
• Member of the Law Society’s Children Panel.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent legal research skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
