Location: Oakham

Full-Time position + Monday - Friday + Excellent Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agent with 1 year of estate agency experience to join an independent, award-winning Estate & Letting Agency. In this role, you will effectively present and market both the company and you to attract new business.

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting property appraisals and viewings.
• Developing tailored marketing proposals.
• Overseeing the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Completing required documentation for sales and lettings.
• Communicating effectively with prospective clients.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as an Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator or in a similar role.
• At least 1 year of experience working in an estate agency.
• Experience in sales agency, full training and support provided from the start.
• Strong listening skills and a positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with experience in consultative selling.
• Valid UK driving licence.
