The Company:

Our well-established client is looking to appoint a full time Employment Solicitor to join their team. Our client is a specialist firm of solicitors based in 4 different cities with over 200 years of experience in the provision of legal services.

 

The Role:

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their small but growing team.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research into past cases and documents.
  • Drafting and preparing claims, employment contracts or other legal documentation.
  • Providing legal advice to clients.
  • Negotiating on behalf of clients.
  • Working in the best interests of employers and employees.
  • Keeping up to date with new developments in employment legislation.

 

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Circa 2- 5Yrs PQE
  • Very strong technical knowledge
  • Exceptional client skills
  • Experience dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Proven track record dealing with both employers and employees
  • Strong client skills
  • Exceptional academics
  • Good technical knowledge
