Drainage Coordinator/ Pest Control Coordinator - Fulham, London

8am -5pm Monday to Friday

The Role:

Our client is looking for a Drainage/ Pest Control Coordinator to join their team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, organise and oversee drainage works / pest control bookings from start to finish
  • Maintain brand, image and service delivery that makes the company stand out from its competitors
  • Ensure customer service, service delivery and staff morale are up to/beyond the standards required by the company
  • Coordinate and control of service arrangements by liaising with customers and delivery team.
  • Manage the diaries/pipeline and workflow of delivery team whilst ensuring that all appointments are booked correctly.
  • Oversee the geographical service coverage. Change and update the bookings to ensure these are cost effective and logical.
  • Ensure that all emails, enquires and customer complaints are promptly handled.
  • Ensure all reports sent by the engineers have a clear description of the services required to customers.
  • Ensure customer journey is up to standards required by the company. They must have happy customers.
  • Organise access into properties (i.e. key collection, etc.)
  • Oversee and enhance the daily operation of the division by collaborating with members of the team
  • Demand report compliance onsite and report any failures to the Pest control and Drainage team leader.
  • Carry out random checks on technician reports to ensure compliance for H&S and upselling elements purpose.
  • Ensure that all staff are in branded uniform.
  • Be the first point of contact for all inquiries and issues from office staff and technicians.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and sales/upselling is essential
  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • The ability to manage a team and resolve staffing or operational issues
  • The ability to motivate the team and create a positive and professional work environment
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think clearly using logic and reasoning
  • Able to carry out tasks on a computer or hand-held device
