Dispute Resolutions Specialist (Financial Services)
Location:Rochester, Kent (Hybrid)
Salary: £30k - £45k + Excellent Benefits
The Client:

The Role:
They are seeking a Resolutions Specialist to meticulously investigate and address complaints in a timely manner, ensuring equitable client resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring fairness for clients.
- Manage complaint process, adhering to regulatory timeframes.
- Precise and organised documentation of complaints, ensuring up-to-date complaint files
- Communicate effectively with clients for resolution and updates.
- Conduct precise redress calculations as per DISP rules.
- Handle escalated complaints with the Financial Ombudsman Service.
- Collaborate regularly with the Adviser Team on complaint matters.
- Analyse root causes, identify trends and propose solutions.
- Update senior staff with analysis findings and updates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Resolutions Specialist, Complaints Handler in a similar role.
- Experience in overseeing advice & administration complaints in financial services.
- Proficiency in conducting redress calculations aligned with DISP rules
- Dip PFS Level 4 qualification or equivalent (Beneficial)
- Strong understanding of DISP requirements, as regulated by the FCA.
- Skillful in investigating complaints, composing acknowledgments, & delivering conclusive responses within regulatory timeframes.
