Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Legal Executive - Tyne and Wear

Salary: £35,000 (DOE)

Location: Sunderland

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 4 years of PQE to join an award-winning law firm. In this role, you will manage and resolve a variety of disputes including commercial, contractual, and tenancy matters.

You will be responsible for:

• Provide expert legal support for clients' disputes.
• Oversee and guide the work of junior staff.
• Meet fee-earning targets and manage accounts in line with policies.
• Engage in activities to attract and retain clients, contribute to marketing and networking efforts.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
• At least 4 years of PQE.
• Experience with mediation and / or alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
• Background in dispute resolution within both High and County Courts.
• Strong organisational, communication, and legal research skills.
