They are established in locations across the UK and Germany and is now investing in growth. They are ambitious execution-oriented Marketing Manager working with a fast-paced and tenacious team.

The Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager is a fantastic opportunity to build the digital footprint in the UK and Germany with exciting plans for rapid international growth. My client is seeking an ambitious execution-oriented, process-driven and is passionate to deliver results using digital tools across channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will thrive in an innovative, fast paced, and ever-changing environment. Experience of working in trade marketing, supplier liaison and product management preferred. They are expanding its successful Marketing team to meet its ever-growing product demand.

Requirements:

  • An ambitious and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with a broad digital background
  • Performance focus with examples of growth, improvements etc demonstrated with numbers
  • Experience of developing retail, Horeca or leisure consumer activation programmes
  • Expert in organic and paid social media, champion of data
  • Strong knowledge of PPC and SEO and skilled in email marketing, zen master level
  • Passionate and high-performing talent who takes pride to deliver successful results
  • Customer quality focused and committed to promotional activities to drives sales
  • Professional to accurately manage forecasted budgets and executing work to strict deadlines
  • Resourceful planning, coordination and creative initiatives to market products and services

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and own the digital performance dashboards
  • Regularly updating all social media platform
  • Plan and execute organic and paid social media for B2C and B2B
  • Build the email marketing framework for B2C and B2B
  • Relevant brands – consumer brand experience but B2B exposure
  • Manage all blog activity (external writing resource)
  • Work with SEO/PPC expert (freelancer) and ensure campaign landing pages, web content for SEO etc. are optimised and marketing ads running on multiple digital channels
  • Initiate and manage other relevant digital activity (affiliate programmes etc.)
  • Duties include both operational and strategic responsibilities

Essential Skills:

  • Email/CRM hands-on expertise is essential
  • Confident knowledge of G-Suite, including design and manage complex data spreadsheets
  • Competent communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and a secondary language is a bonus
  • Passionate about marketing to create customer engagement to drives sales
  • Provide Professional services working to strict timelines and manage customer requirements
  • Results orientated, with great initiative to “make things happen.
  • Confident knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
