An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager with 1 year of experience in a supervisory or shift-leading role to join a reputable residential care services provider, offering excellent benefits.
As a Deputy Manager, you will assist the Registered Manager in overseeing operations and ensuring high standards of care are maintained. The role involves working 40 hours per week, typically comprising 3 office days and one extended shift. They will consider Deputy Managers who have worked in a permanent or interim role.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Deputy Manager or in a similar role.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or shift-leading role within a residential care setting.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential or NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People & Family Practitioner.
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
