Salary: £25,000 - £35,000

Monday - Friday,8:30 am - 5:00 pm

An opportunity has arisen for GDC registered Dental Technician to join a global dental company. In this role, you will be an integral part of the lab, ensuring the highest standards of dental product quality and customer service.

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough quality control and pre-manufacturing checks.
• Providing exceptional customer service, including managing phone enquiries and handling customer requests.
• Managing cases that require specific attention, ensuring clear communication with customers to confirm instructions.
• Supporting various departments as needed to maintain smooth operations.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Dental Technician or in a similar role.
• GDC registration.
• Strong computer skills, including confidence with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Right to work in the UK.
