Customer Service Executive
Salary: £16,000-OTE £22,000 - £35,000
A customer service executive is required to join one of the UK's leading currency brokers based in Penzance, easily commutable from Truro and a variety of locations, offering exemplary customer care and specialist money transfer services. As a customer service executive within the Registration Team, you will work directly with private clients and be responsible for opening new accounts via excellent customer service skills, there is no client cost to open an account. This is not a cold calling role; the team member will be making telephone contact with clients who have contacted the business to help them register to use their services. Team members will be on a 37.5-hour contract, working within a modern, friendly office and receive a salary plus achievable performance related monthly commission scheme.
Experience within the Financial Services environment is not required for this role. There is an opportunity for progression for those who succeed within this position. The hours for this role are primarily Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 5 pm, and Saturday 9:00 -1 pm on a rota basis.
