Customer Experience Manager - Oxon
Salary: Competitive salary - Full time 4 days per week with alternate weekends
Our established home and garden business are unlike many garden centres you have been to. They are a growing and exciting company who are looking for a Customer Experience manager to join their faced paced and forward thinking store.
This role would suit someone who loves working with people striving to provide a great customer service and all round work ethic. They are looking for a positive and super organised customer experience manager keep the shop running smoothly and keep customer experience at an all-time high.
• Overseeing shop tills
• Overseeing the customer service desk
• Answering customer enquiries
• Developing extensive knowledge of the stock
• Providing a positive and supportive manner and working as part of a team
Essential Skills - Requirements:
You will need to have extensive retail experience and happy to be on your feet for most of the day.
The role will require a confident positive and motivated manner who can make quick, sound decisions and provide a great customer experience for this company.
Having knowledge and an interest in plants is an advantage.
