The client base ranges from sole trader to international PLC’s. The Manchester office offers a great opportunity for talented professionals to progress and become part of a growing and exciting team. The Manchester office offers a full suite of services including across Accounting, Audit, Tax, Payroll, Corporate Finance and Business Advisory.
The team specialises in the mid-market advising on full exits, MBOs, MBIs, private equity transactions for predominantly SME clients (£3m to £40m EV) across a wide range of sectors.
The Company has enjoyed a fantastic track record of completed deals over the last few years, and look to build lasting relationships with owner managers/management teams/private equity houses/banks.
Due to this sustained growth, our client is looking to recruit a high calibre Corporate Finance Director/Partner with the hunger and drive to source and lead transactions.
