• Previously worked as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancer, Conveyancing Lawyer or in a similar role. 

• Possess experience in conveyancing. 

• Understanding of all relevant property law and conveyancing regulations. 

• Interest in developing new business through local networking and relationship building.
