An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancer with 3 years’ PQE to join a well-established law firm. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary.
As a Conveyancer, you will oversee a diverse caseload that includes sales and purchases, covering both freehold and leasehold transactions, as well as re-mortgages and lease extensions.
You will be responsible for:
- Drafting essential legal documents such as contracts, transfers, and mortgage deeds.
- Managing your calendar effectively and meeting critical deadlines.
- Regularly communicating with clients regarding their legal matters.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other professional advisers.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Lawyer, Legal Executiveor in a similar role.
- A minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
- Background in residential conveyancing.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Right to work in the UK.
