Content Marketing Executive / Content Writer – Brighton
Salary – £18k - £21k based on experience
The client provides a content curation platform that helps brands sell
As the leading content platform in the automotive sector, they are working with 22 of the top 40 global brands including Porsche, Volvo, Mercedes, JLR, Audi, McLaren, Toyota and Citroen who see large increases in marketing engagement and a ROI of up to 10-1. They are now expanding into other sectors and are already working with Sainsbury’s, Boden and Sweaty Betty in the retail and e-commerce sectors.

The client is looking for an ambitious Content Marketing Executive to expand the Customer Success team. Working closely with Customer Success Managers you will be helping to support with onboarding, set-up, reporting and delivering curation services for customers.
They are looking for someone who wants to develop a career in customer success within the tech space, has a passion for technology and a creative eye. Operational Rigour, passion to learn, good organisation and prioritisation skills are a must, along with a desire to roll up your sleeves, and get involved with a range of tasks.
Reporting to one of the Senior Customer Success Managers, the Content Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the delivery of services to our clients. The role requires you to be able to undertake a variety of tasks across multiple clients.
Creating website Storyboards for client websites
Curating content for clients, including sourcing and gaining rights to User Generated Content
Raising platform bug tickets and liaising with technical team to fix these
Helping to create performance reports for clients
Support with customer queries
Creating Pre sales demos for prospects
Supporting Senior Customer Success Manager in the onboarding of new clients
Managing small client accounts from six months dependant on progression
Skills and Experience
Graduates are welcome to apply
Evidence of excellence and determination through academic or other activities
1 year + of Experience in a customer facing/similar role would be an advantage, or significant work experience during university / sandwich years
Highly organised with great prioritisation and time management skills
Ability to communicate well internally with colleagues and externally with clients
Language skills in French, German, Spanish, Italian would be an advantage
Knowledge of html/css would be an advantage, but not a prerequisite
If you have technical and analytical skills that would be a bonus
Ability to learn and put new skills into practice quickly
A creative eye and interest in content or websites
