Hours: Full time & Part-time hours available
Exciting opportunity for caring individuals to join a passionate homecare provider in delivering high quality care as a community care assistant. You will be assisting clients in their own homes delivering medication, personal care, housekeeping and social support.
Community care assistants support clients to remain independent in their own homes always ensuring their safety and wellbeing throughout the day. You would be covering morning, lunch, evening, and bedtime calls as well as social visits. As a community care assistant, you will be communicating effectively with senior carers & Family members of any changes to clients needs to assist in keeping support plans and risk assessments up to date.
Community care assistants Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care duties
- Administering medication
- Manual handling, using equipment where required
- Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live independently within their own homes.
- Meal support
- Support into community
- Completing essential daily logs
