An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor with 3 years' PQE to join a well-established law firm.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload related to commercial conveyancing matters.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing Shareholder & Partnership Agreements and Service Agreements.
- Managing commercial securities, including fixed and floating charges.
- Negotiating commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants.
- Advising on various aspects of commercial conveyancing.
- Drafting and negotiating Share and Asset Purchase Agreements.
- Advising on transactions such as purchases, sales, remortgaging, and transfers of both residential and commercial property.
What we are looking for:
- Must have at least 3 years PQE as a Solicitor
- Experience in commercial law.
- You will be a Scottish qualified Solicitor.
- LLB and a Diploma in Legal Practice
- Strong background in commercial law and conveyancing with an interest in transitioning to commercial work.
