Client Manager (Accountancy Firm)
Location: Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan (Hybrid)
Salary: £35k - £42k + Excellent Benefits
Our client is a well-established accountancy firm, providing accounting solutions for startups, freelancers, and small enterprises.
As the Client Manager, you will oversee accounting teams, ensuring timely services, fostering strong client relationships, training, and motivating staff.
- Oversee a diverse client portfolio remotely, ensuring accurate financial service.
- Develop processes to meet client deadlines and streamline workflows.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate on strategic plans for client management and service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Implement effective client communication strategies.
- Track key performance indicators to measure team and individual success.
- Provide regular reports on achievements and areas for improvement.
- Previously worked as a Client Manager or in a similar role.
- Possess full AAT qualification, preferably ACCA / ICAEW qualified.
- Strong practice experience with small businesses.
- Background in team management.
- Excellent customer service skills.
