Chef de Partie - Guernsey, Channel Islands

Salary: Depending on experience

The Role

Our client is looking to appoint a Chef de Partie to increase our brigade of chefs

Role Responsibilities:

As Chef de Partie you will be working with good quality, seasonal ingredients and you will be expected to be capable of controlling your section in the kitchen.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • A minimum 2 years working in high quality, fresh food kitchens ideally to at least one AA Rosette level is required for this role
  • Knowledge of a number of sections in the kitchen especially larder and dessert would be an advantage as you may be moving around the sections
