Location: Sidcup / Remote        

Salary: £26k to £28k, OTE £40k

Estate Agency / Legal / Conveyancing

Our client is a modern, forward-thinking law firm specialising in residential conveyancing with an expert new build team. They are a modern law firm, seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and analytical Business Development Manager to develop and manage new and existing business opportunities. These opportunities and relationships will be developed around their conveyancing, Wills and Probate services.

We are looking for:

  • 3 years + Estate Agency experience you must have knowledge of the property market and the conveyancing process from an estate agents perspective
  • 5 years + Business Development experience selling multiple products and services to a variety of target customers both B2B and B2C
  • Knowledge in conveyancing
  • Have account management experience to support existing customers with the ability to upsell and cross-sell services
  • Management experience
  • Confidence in setting up and delivering presentations and negotiations with the ability to articulate information and build rapport, with all levels of stakeholders, both over the phone, face-to-face and online
  • A proven sales track record
  • The ability to spot sales opportunities and to achieve the maximum results from them, tailoring to customer needs
  • Outstanding skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Experience working alone, managing your time and delivering results to meet or exceed targets

You will certainly be:

  • Competent with the ‘complete sales cycle’
  • Excellent at cold calling and appointment booking over the phone, face to face and online
  • Efficient with time management and prioritisation skills
  • Able to prioritise your workload
  • Able to recognise and meet essential deadlines
  • Proficient with the use of all MSOffice applications
  • Highly presentable and professional, with a flexible approach to daily tasks
  • A driver with a clean driving license and have access to a car every day

In return: a competitive salary with a basic of between £26,000 and £28,000 with an OTE of £40,000.00, Car allowance, generous commission scheme and continuous professional development, will be offered to the successful candidate.
