An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Agricultural Management Consultant to join a well-regarded business consultancy firm providing expert advice and supporting rural businesses. This full time role offers excellent benefits and competitive salary.
As an Agricultural Management Consultant, you will provide independent, evidence-based consulting to clients, guiding them to optimise and develop their agricultural businesses.
You will be responsible for:
- Offering management and strategic consulting to a diverse portfolio of farming and estate clients
- Identifying and initiating new agricultural diversification projects
- Applying advanced analytical tools to uncover growth opportunities for clients
- Preparing financial analyses to inform strategic recommendations
- Researching and advising on rural grants, funding, and subsidy schemes
- Conducting performance benchmarking and providing relevant insights
- Collaborating with industry stakeholders and professional bodies to enhance client support
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as an Agricultural Management Consultant, Agricultural Business Consultant, Agricultural Business Advisor, Farm Business Consultant or in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a client-centric approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
- Motivated by the opportunity to develop your own portfolio and client relationships
