Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

An award-winning animation and illustration studio based in London, specialising in animation, illustration, and design, with big clients like Apple, Nike, Google, Pepsi, Johnnie Walker and many more. They are looking for a very skilled aftereffects compositor/animator to join their team full-time.

This is fun and varied work, where every day brings a new challenge. You would be looking after compositing 2D animation, motion graphics and all things AE. This studio is looking for someone who loves animation and is familiar with anything from Anime to motion graphics.

As a 2D AE Compositor / Animator you must have excellent skills in After Effects Animation, compositing, with a Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills, and you will also ideally have Cinema4D / Blender knowledge. And any of the following skills will also be a bonus; Cel animation, Character animation, Illustration, Design, Art direction, Any other fun skills.

Skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Compositing 2D animation.
• Seamlessly bringing cel animation and background illustration together to elevate motion pieces.
• Strong attention to detail, sense of colour, colour space and lighting.
• After Effects Animation
• Visual problem solving
• Motion graphics animation
• 2D/3D effects animation and overlay effects
• Use of plugins where necessary/required
• Colour correction, grading & lighting
• CGI interest and knowledge.
• Attention to detail regarding client/manager feedback
• Rendering/File management
• Working in accordance to and keeping track of tech specs
• Personal time management and team communication
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to expected standard
• Efficient communication & support to animation teams & managers
