For managed services job titles may include names such as Account Manager, MSP Coordinator, and Resourcing Business Partner (these are typically jobs relating to larger contracts).

Internal Recruitment / Talent Acquisition - These teams are in-house staff that look after the recruitment needs of their own business, working with recruiters from external agencies on hard-to-fill roles.


Qualifications and Skills - Although there is no standard for required qualifications, some schemes with a broader remit may have certain prerequisites. However, working in recruitment means you’ll have to have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working to targets/deadlines and be resilient.

Adaptability and a willingness to always be learning are also very important when working in recruitment!
